I don't think I know anyone who doesn't feel quite stressed most days (except for my parents, who are retired, and thus enjoy lunches with an ocean view and leisurely trips to Trader Joe's). I'm certainly in the same boat - life is busy, we're all still carrying a bit of pandemic stress hangover, and the pace of life can be grueling when you're juggling many responsibilities.

During the past few years, I noticed that small pockets of joy carried over into the rest of my life, and finding a moment or two to focus on something cute or silly or funny gave me just enough serotonin (or is it dopamine?) to reset my stress-meter a little bit. Even when I didn't have time to take a true break, folding laundry or cooking dinner while watching a fun YouTube video can turn my day around.

With that in mind, I want to introduce you to three YouTubers I am highly grateful for, because their fun, magical content consistently brings me happiness. I may be a true millennial because Harry Potter is still a big deal and a great source of comfort to me, so the content from these YouTubers checks a lot of boxes.

Number One

My first favorite Harry Potter YouTuber is Cherry Wallis. Cherry's content is so joyful, driven to new levels of happiness by her enthusiasm for all things Harry Potter. From references to being a niffler for loving shiny things, to showcasing her stunning Harry Potter memorabilia collection, Cherry's content will leave you feeling like you just spent time with an old friend from Hogwarts, and are the better for it.

Number Two:

My second favorite Harry Potter YouTuber is Peter Kenneth, aka The Potter Collector. Peter's channel will impress you first by his expansive collection of Harry Potter books (have you seen some of the special editions available like these and these?! This is the stuff that dreams are made of.) and again when you realize his knowledge of all things Harry Potter is truly encyclopedic. I love Peter's vlogs when he visits The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - it feels like you're along for the ride! Peter really appreciates detail in the universe of Harry Potter, and I appreciate that immensely.

Number Three:

My third favorite Harry Potter YouTuber is Danny of Wizardry Workshop. Danny's graphic design skills are well applied to all things Harry Potter in his videos, and he even walks you through some of the work he's done collaborating with The Wizarding Trunk. I particularly love Danny's potion-making tutorials, and his genuine appreciate for art (even if it isn't his own) will have you seeing beauty everywhere as you go about your day.

I hope you enjoyed this list, and that you enjoy the YouTubers listed herein if you find some time to check them out. Please leave the names of your favorite Harry Potter content creator(s) in the comments below - I'm always on the lookout for more! I hope you have a lovely Friday and a magical weekend.
